Class Description:
In this class, we find inspiration from California-based female chefs like Alice Waters and Suzanne Goin who innovated the culinary landscape with their garden fresh ingredient-driven menus.
However, we— West Virginians—don't live near avocado bearing trees or bright citrus groves, but in this class we explore how we can best translate seasonally available goods, into California Cooking for WV winters.

Rich Avocado Hollandaise served over Poached Salmon
Shaved Salad of Fruits & Vegetables
Roasted Veggies- seasonal choices
Magical Meringues with Lemon Curd
BYOB. Seats are limited. Class is 2.5 hours. $35.00 p/person. Registration necessary.
