New River Gorge CrossFit is excited to open the doors to all challengers willing to tackle the "Murph" workout. Please join us for an exciting, fun, and rewarding experience as we pay tribute to an American hero. Registration includes participation in the workout (optional), bbq lunch, and an event t-shirt. T-shirts will be available on the day of event for athletes that register by May 7. Registrations received after May 7 will still receive a t-shirt but it will not be available until after the event. Athletes must bring their own beverage of choice. All profit will go to the Michael P. Murphy Scholarship Foundation.
