Gritty Chix Mud Run

Have fun and test your own limits in the time and space you're comfortable with, while gettin' as Gritty as you wanna be on an untimed 5k Tenacious Trail or 1 Moxie Mile fun-run and mud obstacle course designed for excitement, fun, and laughter. Walk, sprint, skip, jog, or dance through trails, over walls, through tubes, and mud pits with names like Commando Crawl, Over-Under Logs, Slickey Slide, and more!

Putting tenacity on a mission, a portion of every runner registration is donated to Southern West Virginia’s Women’s Resource Center providing temporary shelter, counseling, advocacy and supportive services for victims, survivors, and witnesses of domestic and sexual violence (wrcwv.org), and First Descents providing free outdoor adventures to young adult cancer fighters and survivors (firstdescents.org).

Registration is $45 per runner.
Spectators enter Free.
