By developing strong community support and a professional program, Women's Resource Center provides safety, emergency intervention, advocacy, prevention and educational services for victims and witnesses of domestic and/or sexual violence. Women's Resource Center works for systemic changes and changes in public attitudes to assure and empower families with options for building lives free of violence.

Though Girls Night Out events are not new to our organization's history, we "freshen up" the event each year with a different theme and location. This year's event will be "GORGEous" and held August 6th at Smokey's on the Gorge. This event is "ladies only" and is typically attended by 250-350 women who are enjoying a night out with sisters, friends, co-workers, etc.
