Take your family on an adventure packed day with Mountain Surf Paddle Sports and Erin Larsen Yoga!
Start off the day with a Kanwaha Falls SUP trip where we will teach you about paddle boarding and explore the beautiful falls.
After our paddle we will go out to the grassy park for a relaxing family Yoga session.
We will enjoy lunch at Kanawha falls as well!
Take some time with you family to explore the area, go for a hike, or rest up for our next round of fun!
The late afternoon is packed with a fun filled adventure at Plum Orchard Lake. We will go out on the lake and paddle some more then get into a evening of SUP Yoga! Never done SUP Yoga before? No problem, Erin Larsen Yoga is great with beginners of SUP Yoga, this activity is low key, light hearted, relaxing, and fun.
The fun doesn't stop there, after SUP Yoga we will have a cookout and yard games to enjoy!
