The City of Montgomery would like to invite you to participate in our Annual Fall Celebration on Saturday, September 29, 2018. The event will take place on Third Avenue in downtown Montgomery between the hours of 10 am and 8:00 pm. If you are interested in participating in the annual festival, please download and complete an entry form. Forms should be mailed to 706 Third Avenue, Montgomery, WV 25136. Please note on the entry form if you will need electricity for your booth. Also, all food vendors must check with Fayette County Health Department to make sure you meet any necessary code enforcement with the county.

Spaces with power supply are limited so please submit your form and vendor fee as soon as possible.  The deadline for submission will be September 20, 2018.
