In partnership with The Bullock Distillery and Greenbrier Valley Brewing Company, we’ve created a thoughtfully paired menu featuring local flavors and fine spirits.
Savor highlights like Smoked Bourbon BBQ Brisket Mac and Cheese paired with a bold rye whiskey or Stuffed Pork Loin with Spinach, Cranberries, and Gorgonzola matched with a hoppy IPA. End the night with Pear Pie and Vanilla Bean Bourbon Ice Cream alongside a smooth bourbon.
While you enjoy your pairings, West Virginia’s own Andrew Adkins will set the perfect vibe with his soulful live performance.
